The seventh of the jumra
The seventh of the jumra is the same as the seven jasat, which is permissible, pure, unused, and the time of performing it from the dawn of the ablution, often to the second dawn.
Evidence of the doctrines of the scholars in the first
decomposition of ihraam
Evidence of the doctrines of the scholars in the first
decomposition of Ihram:
I did not find evidence to say who said: The first
decomposition gets only shaving or default.
As for the saying of the one who said: The first
decomposition of ihraam is done by throwing stones alone, and his evidence is
the hadeeth of 'Aa'ishah, Umm Salamah, and' Abd-Allaah ibn 'Abbaas (may Allaah
be pleased with them).
It was narrated that 'Aa'ishah (may Allaah be pleased with
her) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him)
said: If one of you threw the ember of
Aqaba, everything would be solved for him except for the women.
It was narrated by Abu Dawood and referred to by
al-Darqutni, and al-Tahawi from the way of Hajjaj ibn Aratah, from al-Zuhri,
from 'Umrah bint' Abd al-Rahman, from 'Aa'ishah.
Abu Dawood said: This hadeeth is weak; the pilgrims did not
see syphilis, and he did not hear from him.
"The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah
be upon him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be
upon him) said: The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon
him) said:" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:
) If you throw and shaving, it has been good for you and clothes except
marriage.
Al-Bayhaqi said: This is one of the assumptions of the
pilgrims Ibn Artha.
Al-Zaylai said: Al-Daraqutni said: They did not see him
other than the pilgrims. Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar said: It is narrated by al-Hajjaj,
and it is weak and it is madhallis.
Umm Salamah (may Allaah be pleased with her) said: “My night
was the night when the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be
upon him) came to me on the evening of the Day of Sacrifice. She said: He came
to me. She said: "Ali Wahab bin Zmah entered, and with him a man from the
father of illiterate mother-worshipers. She said: The Messenger of Allah -
peace be upon him - said: "Did you lead after Abu Abdullah"? He said:
No, God, O Messenger of God. He said: "Take off your shirt." He said:
"We took it from his head and removed his shirt from his head." Then
they said: "O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "This is a day that
you are permitted to do, if you throw the Jamara to be dissolved - it means all
that you have forbidden from it except from the women. If you have forgotten
before you roam this house, you have forbidden your body before you break the
anthrax until you have toured it." Ahmad, Abu Daoud, al-Hakim, and
al-Bayhaqi, from the road of Muhammad ibn Abi 'Uday, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq.
He said: Abu Ubaydah ibn' Abd-Allaah ibn Zm'a told me about his father and his
mother Zaynab bint Abu Salamah from Umm Salamah.
Al-Nawawi said: This hadeeth is saheeh, and the public is
obliged to invoke Muhammad ibn Ishaaq if he says: "Tell us," but they
are accused of fraud. (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: This is
the view of al-Bayhaqi.
I said: And al-Bayhaqi said so: "This hadeeth was
narrated in the hadeeth of Umm Salamah, with another ruling. I do not know any
of the fuqaha '.
It was followed by al-Haafiz ibn Hajar, who
said: Ibn Hazm stated that it is the view of 'Urwah.
